shouldUseUiSidBearerForPath

Resolves shouldUseUiSidBearerForPath for an authenticated request path.

Selects requests that should use the UI session as a Bearer token when the current credential is DPoP-bound and has a non-empty UI session ID. This policy is synchronous because it is evaluated while an HTTP request is being authenticated. The callback must be fast and non-blocking because requests for the same user are serialized while it runs. If it throws, the SDK safely falls back to DPoP authentication.

Apps may replace this function process-wide. It is not called for ordinary Bearer credentials or when no UI session ID is available. By default it returns false for every path, so no request uses the UI session until an app opts specific paths in.
