presentOptInDialog

Presents a dialog to the user asking them to opt in to biometric authentication. The dialog is shown over a transparent background activity, so no host activity or fragment manager is required. The user's choice is recorded via biometricOptIn.

The SDK presents this dialog automatically after a fresh login when automaticPresentation is true; call this only if you have disabled automatic presentation and wish to control when the dialog appears.
