): Promise<void>
Deploy settings to the newly created scratch org
Parameters
- scratchOrg: Org
  an instance of the Org class
- orgSettings: default
  an instance of the SettingsGenerator class
- apiVersion: string
  the api version (used when created the package.xml)
- timeout: Duration = ...
Returns Promise<void>
